No MYSQL needed, just PHP 4
Tested on a server with:
register_globas = off
safe_mode = on
allow_url_fopen = off

You can:
- create a folder / category
- delete a folder (with all it's content)
- upload pictures (you've to upload image & thumbnail into seperated subfolders - there's a kind of mini-wizard)
- delete a picture (only image, the thumb 'll be deleted automatically)
- rename a folder
- rename a picture (only image, the thumb 'll be renamed automatically)
Try the visitor area or the admin area or download it!
